Real estate is in Marla's blood
. As a native San Franciscan, she grew up exploring every inch of the city and cultivated a passion for its unique architecture. Her grandfather was a Swiss-Italian immigrant and builder-contractor who helped develop the Marina/Cow Hollow District. Marla trained under her uncle from an early age, learning the ropes of real estate investment, leasing, and management.
Marla truly loves her job. She bought her first home when she was 25 years old and has been investing in San Francisco real estate ever since. Today, Marla is consistently recognized as one of the top-producing agents at McGuire Real Estate. She successfully represents buyers, sellers, investors and developers in San Francisco and Marin counties in the sale of T.I.C.’s, condominiums, single-family homes, multi-unit apartments and mixed-used buildings.
Marla is extremely full-service. She has a team of experienced architects, designers, stagers and technicians whom she works with on a day to day basis. It’s always Marla’s policy to be open, honest and realistic. She treats each client purchase or sale as if it was her own, striving to save her clients time and money. Marla is highly organized — some may call her a perfectionist! She makes sure that all the moving parts are in sync, never skipping a beat. Marla skillfully walks her clients through the entire home buying and selling process and keeps them informed with daily updates and checklists so that all parties are aligned around next steps.
When not selling properties, you can find Marla exercising, trying new restaurants, wine tasting, enjoying the theater and spending quality time with her dogs, Bichon Frises named Calvin and Lulu. An avid ultra-runner, Marla successfully completed Western States, a 100-mile endurance run — in one-day! Marla graduated with a double major from the University of California, Davis and she currently resides in a set of flats in Cow Hollow.
