Let me tell you about myself
With 25 years in consumer product and service marketing, I have developed well-honed instincts into what makes products sell and understanding what consumers really want. I have spent the last 12 years in the real estate arena. I started consulting with real estate brokers on how to better serve their clients, then began marketing a variety of new Developments- from the architecturally significant Yerba Buena Lofts to the prestigious St. Regis Residences. I was also fortunate to be a pioneer in the explosion of web-based real estate marketing, starting with HomeGain. One of my most natural and important career transitions has been to become a McGuire Agent.

A word about my style
I’m a professional first and foremost yet I’m easy going with a sense of humor. I want to understand your ultimate goals and what’s important to you. And I will move heaven and earth to see you get it. I’m realistic but an optimist. I work efficiently- attending to every detail without wasting your time.

Personal Information
My family (husband and 16-year old son) and I live in Presidio Heights. I have lived in San Francisco since being transferred here in 1980. I have a BS in Marketing and an MBA.

As someone who has bought and sold real estate 9 times in three states in the last 12 years, I can say that I have never experienced such a superior level of service and dedication as I had when working with Susan. We spent many, many months trying to find the right home, and all through the process she maintained the same high level of enthusiasm and support, never giving up on our search. When we finally had an accepted offer on a house (after five rejections!), her diligence, persistence, and skill at juggling multiple parties in a complicated transaction that nearly fell apart on multiple occasions, was instrumental.
